wondfo variation?

I am in the TWW for an IVF cycle recently completed. Earlier this year I was pregnant but it ended in miscarriage.

Last time I ordered these Wondfo tests and they worked great, saw line progression as things moved along, etc.: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07GZXTRDZ/

This time I ordered what I thought were the same tests but I realize now they are different, notable the others are marked "early" response. On top of that the test package was sketchy, no box just in zippered baggie but they are not expired: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0002YIQEQ

I got the barest squinter both yesterday (12DPO) and today (13DPO); beta is Tuesday. I was disappointed that the line got no darker so I went back through my text photographs (bc last time I texted the pos test to DH). My memory was not wrong; the line was much darker at the same point.

My question is do you see variation in Wondfo tests? I know a line is a line and this is 100% out of my control but help me calm my fears.

I saw on another forum that there are counterfeit wondfo tests on amazon, so it sounds like you might have gotten some of those.

Yeah I have 25 of these silly tests so I just want to use them up as fast as I can. I took one last night before bed (2 hour urine hold) got a darker line. Then this am with FMU I got another super pale line. I know Im just bargaining here but I swear these tests are sketchy. Whats annoying is I clicked on he "amazon choice" item. UGh 24 hours to go.

Ok so last time I was pregnant I drove myself crazy with wondfo lines. Try dipping two in the same urine. I would do that and get a solid line with one and the barest squinter with the other.

i used those in sketchy bags on numerous occasions. my experience is that if you use them multiple times a day and line them all up the line will get darker on average. not from every single one to the next one but there will be a clear trend. good luck!
