My curiosity is getting the better of me.
Anyone know why there was a police escort for 3-4 travel buses up I-95 N today in MD? It was around 815am at the intersection of 95/212. At least 6, maybe 10, police cars with their lights flashing. |

Presumably security. If it was going up I 95 north it could’ve been a congressional delegation heading to the funeral. |

| I think I saw this motorcade going down Pennsylvania Ave. on Capitol Hill today. They were heading away from the Capitol Building towards towards 295 at about 7:50am. |

I'm the poster that said I think I saw this on Penn. Ave. The one I saw was private buses, like those commuter buses people ride into the city for work. The one I saw not not only had police cars, but also those black SUV's with the back windows rolled down and you could see the secret service men. |

Had Chesapeake OTS so I assume private transport company- not school or metro Funeral is a great guess, thats what I thought at first but thought the funeral was held yesterday. Thanks everyone! |
