Not really - you keep a bucket of water nearby and after you are done, throw them in the water. I wouldn't do it in my backyard though. MoCo has strict regulations about it. We light them on our driveway for Diwali. And we have we lay them in a designated area to cool it have a bucket of water nearby to dunk into. For local purchase, you can get it in Virginia. |
