Infertility Support and Discussion

I got a faint positive 5 days past a 5 day (frozen) blast transfer. That is like 10dpo--early! Then, a stronger positive at 6dp5dt, and this morning at 8dp5dt, a very strong, dark line.
I have a history of 3 chemicals, but I do have one child and with that pregnancy I was on a medication that helped the pregnancy stick. I've been on that medication since the transfer. My reasoning is, if it showed up THAT early, that there must be a significant amount of hormone, and its strong and getting darker, so the levels must be rising well. I never tested at home with my chemical pregnancies. My beta isn't until Monday. What do you think? |
| i think you're pregnant. congratulations! |
| Agree with PP--an increasingly dark line is definitely a good sign! Good luck, OP. |

If medication fixed your chemical pregnancy problems, then yes, I'd say you're pregnant!
The other common reason for a very short pregnancy, which some people call chemical, is because the egg is too genetically defective to continue. This can happen to any woman at any age. I had a chemical pregnancy like that. But again, if your issue has been your own hormonal levels or a short luteal phase and meds fix it, I have high hopes for you. |
| 18:41--I'm fairly young, 29. My CPs were caused (they think) by an undiagnosed blood clotting disorder. I was put on Lovenox for my last pregnancy and I've been on it again. That is a blood thinner. |
