Huh, this must be the anti-Brianne brigade who thinks that someone new for Ward 1 is going to transform the ward and its intractable issues of crime and poverty.
I've live in Ward 4 just outside of Columbia Heights long enough to know that nothing will ever change in Ward 1 until they start breaking up the housing projects in the region. Everything emanates from there. |
