LA Fitness Wheaton

Hi there,

I’m looking for honest feedback on LA fitness Wheaton. It’s on my commute home ( I metro to Glenmont), I am a runner and enjoy treadmills. Can anyone provide feedback on the following:

- Equipment
-Cleanliness
- Staff Customer Service
-Price Points
-Clientele
-Any tips???

It's super cheap, but it has the basics. Lots of treadmills and other cardio equipment, tons of free weights, plus a pool. It's adequate, but not spectacular. I have a super cheap membership since I was a Bally's member from long ago, and its' worth it just for the pool.

The one in DTSS is much nicer, IMO.

It's ok, dated though
Cleaner than when it was owned by Ballys
I avoid the pool as it always seems cloudy
Customer service? Lol
If you join, get the multi-club membership
