Offspring on Netflix

I read some stuff here about this show on another thread and it sounded good so I started watching it.

Wow. Just want to thank those of you who piqued my interest. I'm most of the way through season 1 (of 7) and it is such a good show!

My adult daughter is also binge watching it, based on my recommendation, and she just loves it too.

So, just thanks!

You are in for such a treat. I just watched seasons 2-4 & 6-7. Love love love love. Seasons 2-4 are on my all time all genre favorites list.

I think you'll love it the entire way through. I miss it now that I'm done. I need a new...light yet entertaining series.

That show is the best!

It is so good. I am another big fan who learned about the series on this board and I’m thankful for that!

I finished watching all 7 seasons last week and am a bit lost. Watching the French se rd ies about young adults dating and friendships, hooking up? Or Hookups? Spent the weekend on Raising Dion, that was adorable.
Wonderland is another Australian series that I watched a while ago. Got into it because Michael Dorman is addictive.

Loved Wonderland! Now I’m watching Spirited (another Australian show).

I’ve tried to watch Offspring, but it’s so boring. How many episodes does it take? What’s so great about it? I’ll try again.

I also loved Wonderland! DH does not like that kind of show very much (he prefers Sci Fi and, weirdly if you knew him, drama like The Crown), but we're looking for something to watch together.

Is Offspring another one he probably won't dig?

If you like the style and humor of Offspring, try The Letdown. Another excellent Aussie series, although definitely not a comedy, is Mystery Road.

Watch Spirited! I love it.

I liked Can't Cope Won't Cope. Irish show about two girls post-college. Heard about it on this board.

I didn’t love the first season of Offspring but kept with it because of recommendations. Plus I liked seeing show with a strong but imperfect female. And love the Aussie accents.
