| I’m sure in DCUM land that this is not that impressive because everyone has a prodigy. But my son just spent about 40 minutes composing a song on the piano and writing down the music. He’s played piano for about 9 months maybe. I love him and I’m thrilled that he likes it so much. |

| OP, make sure you keep the music he wrote and maybe get a video of him playing it. It'll be nice to look back on when he's older. I hope you have friends and family that you can brag to, not just people on the internet. True friends are happy when their friends are happy. |
