Restaurant that make a big deal about your birthday

I am looking for a restaurant to celebrate my son's 5th birthday tonight (just family).
Is there a restaurant that has the waiters sing Happy Birthday to you? Bethesda, Silver Spring and surrounding areas.

Mi Rancho in Silver Spring does it up - they bring out a big Mexican sombrero for the birthday boy/girl and a dessert with a candle. The staff all gathers to sing HBday.

At Olive Garden they bring out a small cake and sing.

Benihana!!! You need a rez but our it is great with kids! Our 5 year old and 3 year old love it! And they sing for bdays!
