I am 110 and 5'5" and have a FUPA. I have cured worrying about it by self-love and Spanx when needed.

Seems to have worked for her, but i think she also stopped eating and just drank coffee for about a year. Not sure which was the thing that worked.

I don't have one. But the answer to losing fat in any area is always to stop eating so much til it goes away. You can apply this to any "how to make my ______ toned and less fat" question. Hunger. Hunger is always the answer.

Cured with a mini-tummy tuck (no muscle involved, super fast recovery) and then running 3+ times a week for at least 3 miles.

For reference, I’m several years post C-section, slightly overweight (but well proportioned) and late 40s when I had surgery
