Bluetooth Not Working in 2009 Volkswagen Passat V6 FSI CC (Australia)

Hi,

I bought a used 2009 Volkswagen Passat V6 FSI CC Type 3CC Auto 4MOTION. (Australia)

Car has bluetooth but does not working. Pressing the phone button on centre console simply mutes audio, gage screen doesnt have any bluetooth or phone options available. I've read / watched some videos on how to reset the bluetooth sometimes found under the passanger/driver seat but cant seem to find / replicate these steps and make my bluetooth work.

I would go to the dealership near you and see if they can help you troubleshoot.
