Does anyone happen to know if Frys electronics is going out of business?

Just left one of the stores here in the DFW and it looked horribly trashed and empty. Hardly any employees.

I walked every section in the store and it looks like the stock of inventory is limited and people had left empty boxes of products. (Basically people stole cables and other stuff)
