The original article points out that Nunes campaign literature makes a false claim that he is a California dairy farmer. Nunes does not own or work for a farm. His family owned a farm but sold it and moved the operation to Iowa. The article also interviews several people who say the Nunes family employs illegal aliens at its Iowa dairy operation. Nunes is awfully thin skinned these days. I hope a judge makes him pay the defendant's legal bills. This is the disputed article. It's from September 2018. | Funny how Republicans are always so anti-litigation when it's small folks trying to get justice against big corporations, etc. But then they love the law suits themselves. Thinking in particular of Trumpy who loves nothing more than to sue people. Nunes is obviously showing his master that he is a devoted acolyte and learning his lessons from him. |

If Penthouse is protected speech, @devincow isn’t going anywhere. I love that Devin raised a stink and @defincow now has more followers than Devin the swamp creature mascarading as a human. And Devin the semi-human will ultimately get hit with the legal bills for clearly frivolous litigation. |

INAL so I had to look it up. Allows for sanctioning of lawyer who signs off on frivolous lawsuits.
