Experience with Dr Roy Brooks (Contemporary ObGyn/CWC)?

Does anyone have any feedback on Dr Brooks at Contemporary Ob/Gyn (now part of Capital Women's Care) in Silver Spring/Rockville/Laurel? Especially would appreciate hearing from anyone who's actually delivered with him.

He was not my normal OB, but when it was time for delivery, my OB couldn't make it, so he filled in to do my C-Section. The C-section was great, he and the anesthesiologist kept me and my husband laughing the whole time.

I am the past poster. I wanted to add that this was back in 2010. I haven't seen him since, because my regular OB moved and started her own practice.
