Grandparents visiting and we want to go buy a pumpkin. Would be nice to take a picture of my toddler with my parents too. Nalls produce would be perfect but I don’t think their pumpkin display is up yet.
Anything else? Do any nurseries have a good pumpkin display? Added bonus if they cell cider and pumpkin and/or apple pie. |
Where do you live? |
Tysons area. |
Any of the farms have this, like Cox or Great Country Farms. You don't have to pay the entrance fee to just shop the market. Beyond that I'd say maybe Wegmans but not sure if their display is up yet. |
Wegmans has pumpkins, cider etc now. |
We love DePaul's Urban Farm on 123 between Vienna and Oakton for buying pumpkins and taking pictures but there is no kiddie attractions like a moon bounce or anything. Meadows Farms Nurseries usually does a moon bounce and haunted bus at their Great Falls location but not sure when it starts. You could call and ask. |
Nalls pumpkin wall is up. They usually have it completely full of pumpkins when pumpkin hill opens. That's on Saturday.

Nalls Pumpkin Wall is up, and as of 3 days ago had 50% pumpkins and 50% flowers.
pumpkin Hill is opening this Saturday 9/28 |
Does Krop's Crops (Great Falls) have their pumpkin patch ready? |
+1 was also going to suggest DePaul's. They do a lovely job on their displays every year! |
Looks like it -- http://www.kropscrops.com/Fall-Festivities.html |
DePauls sounds just right. We don’t need a moon bounce. |
We recently moved from Alexandria to tysons area. Will go back to Nalls without the grandparents. |
Wegmans and Trafer Joe's have pumpkins. |
Immanuel Church on the Hill in Alexandria on Seminary Road has a great free pumpkin patch. |
