How long to keep MS school work?

6th grade. I was planning to keep school work for 1 quarter, make sure grades match, then toss. Would there be a benefit to keeping it around longer?

I keep my kids work for the full school year in case something spirals.

I save for child number 2 to use as study guides. Same for child 3. When child 3 finishes the quarter, they clean out their binder (all kids do this each quarter) and toss.
