Chop them up and mix with cheese and breadcrumbs or cooked rice, spinach or kale. Stuff into mushrooms, halved acorn squash, peppers or zucchini. Bake in oven topped with more cheese.

I had TJ party meatballs with their pumpkin pasta sauce tonight. I poured meatballs, a bunch of shredded kale, whole garlic cloves, and dumped pumpkin sauce on top with a bit of water to thin it.. Simmered for 30 min then added parm and simmered a little more. Really good! I had it over oatmeal but it would be good over rice.

Our house loves the beef ones - but we’re boring, just pasta.

Make meatball subs with some good Rao's sauce.

I like to let a few defrost, then halve them and put them in a frying pan with a little bit of olive oil. Next, add a bit of diced onion and tomato, then a handful of spinach. Put a bit of parm cheese on top after serving.
