Were the same gender pregnancies similar-I am trying to figure out what I am having based on my symptoms?

i had the same pregnancy symptoms with my singleton daughter as I had with my twins and they were:

no morning sickness
craved salty foods
couldnt stand sweets, they tasted too rich! (esp. chocolate)
constant bloody nose
HELLP Syndrome

It's all a myth...

all of my pregnancies were roughly the same, and I have 2 boys and a girl. The only real difference was that I couldn't eat as much with boy #2.
