HCG at 6 after miscarriage but still bleeding- normal?

Long story short - I was diagnosed with miscarriage at 7 weeks on JULY 22. Dr is following my blood levels back to 0. On Thursday my level was at 6. Week before I was at 13. So good it’s still dropping. I did have an US 2 weeks ago which showed all tissue was detached but there was something small at very bottom of uterus (possible tissue or blood clot).

However, I still have not stopped bleeding. It was heavy 2 weeks ago and now is more light bleed but today it turned moderate with cramps. Is this normal? Dr said to come back again for blood HCG in a week.

This ordeal has been going since July and I just want to know if this can be normal. Can you have an incomplete miscarriage even if my HCG drops to zero?

It might be your period. Once my HCG fell below zero I got a period. It took almost 3 months for that to happen and I wasn’t bleeding at all after the initial miscarriage until HCG was baseline.
