Those saying it is the same old content on this thread. Yea, fair point. Maybe 80% of the it is the same old content, maybe even a smidge more.

But she DOES keep on dishing absurd claims. In December it was this reveal that she was feigning her Spanish ancestry. She gives some half-a$$ed apologize. Then cut a week or two ago she is claiming to be multi and that she has been such a victim blah blah blah...

Yea a bunch of it is really circular and for those who think this thread and it’s posters are nutty and obsessed yea, that’s not totally inaccurate. And hilarias behavior keeps on being bat-sh*t crazy so the posters are pretty valid in their continued posting too. On one level her cultural appropriation is actually a more serious topic and problematic for a public-ish figure.

I have had two pregnancies and both times I only put on 9 lbs due to eating a strict and ultra healthy and nutritious GD diet. I gave birth to healthy babies that weighed 7 lbs and the rest of the 2 lbs was the blood, fat and fluids. I was my normal weight within 2 weeks. Since I also EBF both babies for 9 months each and then went on to nurse them for 3 years each, I had to actually go on a high calorie diet and eat frequently so that I could nurse.

This was around 25 years ago and I expect that she is getting even better postpartum care and top of the line nutrition then I got.

My co-worker was pregnant the same time as me the second time and she ballooned in front of my eyes from week to week. Of course, she was eating pizza, chips and had to have her soda in the middle of the day, while I was counting carbs and calories. Her fingers looked like sausages and she actually had to remove her wedding ring because it became extremely tight. It was fascinating to watch.

Alec is worth $75 million. Hilaria is worth $10 million from her fitness business and her book. If the scandal had not happened she could have easily made $40-$50 million.

And irrelevant. Who cares if she wants a pretty or plain? Are you afraid to address the facts? The facts are she was dishonest publicly for ten years about Spanish birth and Spanish heritage and Spanish as a first language. What do you say to her dishonesty? Nothing? I don't think that women should aspire to ignore the best science we have on healthy pregnancy weight gain for vanity reasons. Looking good is fun, but it's not worth the risk to the baby.

Huge yikes to that PP. Counting carbs during pregnancy! I didn’t gain much weight during my pregnancies (less than 15 lbs for all 3) and stayed active but I never restricted calories or carbs. Yikes!
