Birthday party location ideas

Can anyone suggest a nice playground that has an inside area if it rains?
We live in NW DC, but could drive to Bethesda. It’s a 4 year old birthday party in October (birthday is end of October, but might celebrate before). Preschool is in NW as well.

Montgomery County Parks rents out park activity buildings (like cabins with kitchen and bathrooms and great room). There is one in Meadowbrook Park in Chevy chase. You can look at the moco parks website under facility rentals.
