Birthdays are two weeks apart and we'd really like to split the difference. Would probably be about 25 kids total. Ideally Falls Church/McLean/Arlington/closer in Fairfax. Would love recommendations on venues that can accommodate both of these ages! |
(p.s. kids are girls, but invitees will be mixed) |
Pump It Up. I love to play at that place as an adult and look forward to parties that are there. |
Each child should have his/ her own party even if it's a very small party. This is like the child who gets "Happy Birthday/Merry Christmas gifts. Cheap |
Scramble in Alexandria |
I think that Pump it up or Scramble would work. I have boys who are 5 and 8, and they like both of those places.
You could try Jumping Joey's, but I think that the 7 year olds might be too old for it. |
Lucky for me, my children love to share and are super excited about a joint party! They had one last year too and had a great time. |
OP here - I agree! Plus, my kids have been to sooooo many parties there, we're over it! ![]() |
What about tea with miss b or woodmont center gymnastics party? |
Dynamic gymnastics or laser tag (both next to the Bailey's XC REI). Mom of 5 & 8 yo girls who would LOVE either. |
Hidden Oaks Nature Center - but that's kinda how we roll. We did a May birthday party at Lake Accontink and it exceeded my expectations. |
The Saint James! Went to a bday party there and was blown away by the facilities |

We've done joint parties and it was great. We shared the planning and cost and we were inviting the same kids either way so it worked out very well. Parents appreciated one party vs. two. Kids each got gifts and their own cakes. |
There is a trampoline place in Springfield. |
