$1m+ big houses by craftmark/classic homes on big lots. What’s the story on this neighborhood? How many homes are they planning on building?

Cheesy half built suburban bleck.

This house is called “The Chevy Chase,” that is the thirstiest thing I have ever seen.

This is a bunch of crap McMansions named after other, more expensive neighborhoods built in the front field of someone’s farm and the house is marked on the plan as the EXISTING MANOR HOUSE.

We deserve Trump.

LOL at the responses - y'all hate anything that's not made by Gibson builders or is in Chevy Chase.

Thanks. That site plan doesn't make sense - it labels lots 6, 7, 8, 9, 37, 39, 40, 41, 43. I'm no math wizard but where are all the other numbers? Trying to figure out how extensive this development will be. Also disappointed that these homes are Craftmark. There's also sign posted that shows Mitchell & Best is building some of those homes?

That area of the county already has limitations on expansion b/c of the ag reserve.

No it was a joke about PP’s typo about walking home from the vineyard doing natural resources.

All the lots are not released so true you can't exactly tell how many. Also, the map doesn't show the whole neighborhood.

Model home and that is how they staged it? And that kitchen, how is it so cramped?

Does that mean if you buy that floor plan no dogs are allowed?
