Luxury gardening present

My sister is turning 60. She gardens (fairly rural where she lives, with s big yard). Any truly awesome gardening items or books? Thank you!

That looks awesome! I will sneak a peak before I mail it off. Thank you!

I am a 60 year old woman who gardens a lot.

I want a yard cart.

I always need new gardening gloves. I don't like the ones with fabric on them because pricky vines get stuck on the gloves. I like leather.

I like to listen to audiobooks while I garden. Therefore I need something with pockets to hold my MP3 player or CD player and my yard clippers.

If she's anything like my gardening husband, she'll want more practical things, such as what PP outlined above. He wanted a specific type of chicken wire to protect his baby roses, a specific set of bamboo stakes for his veggies, various quality tools for hedge control, etc. Why don't you ask her?

NP. I garden a lot too and I would find zero use for that nice coffee table book. I like the ideas the poster just above gave! I'd also appreciate a gift card to the fancy garden center near my house.

I need a greenhouse that can resist wind and snow storms.

PP with gardening husband. Yes, he wants that too!

I garden a lot and I like good tools. I would love a gift certificate to a place like Lee Valley Tools.

Felco pruners.

A good practical book is The Well Tended Perennial Garden.

Thank you! Ok, my sister is a practical person and I think would most appreciate the Gorilla Cart. Great suggestions and I really appreciate them all.

Keep the receipt because I am a practical person and I don’t want or need that.

Ditto. Takes up a ton of space and can’t imagine how I’d use it.

It turns out she already has something similar to the Gorilla Cart. I'll get her a gift card to the gardening (and more) store mentioned upthread.

I got her a gift certificate from White Flower Farm...a recommendation from a luxury gardener I know. But thank you all for the suggestions!
