On the Camilla pink dress ---
as I suspected, the two ladies agreed to both wear pink to match. Pink was apparently supposed to indicate harmony, and honor the King's favorite flower. I agree with PP that the pink wasn't really the right color for that amethest necklace (which was actually pretty ugly) -- the necklace would have looked better with a very simple dress in a purple shade. I think the hot pink would have looked better with diamonds or maybe pale pink sapphires or something. Pink diamonds would have been great. Apparently the amethyst necklace belonged to Queen Victoria so there was some historical aspect. Of course Queen V was a notably larger woman in her later years, so a chunky necklace like that probably looked a little less clunky. I guess Usha didn't take the Queen V enormous amethyst necklace as a giant F- you to her heritage? That necklace is basically like wearing colonialism around your neck. I'm always curious whether that sort of thing is an issue for the diplomatic folks who weigh in on dress .... I assume she wouldn't wear something like that to India, right? |

Camilla looks beautiful and the necklace is gorgeous. Perfection!
I like Melania’s dress but I know it’s against protocol. She just can’t feel pretty unless she is offending someone. |
No it isn't? Not sure what about it is offensive but if people are offended by a woman in a gown that doesn't meet their standards of dress code they're losers. |

Some ghoul and Katie Miller in a prom dress from 2006. |
| People keep saying both Vances were there last night but I'm not seeing any pics. |
| Also I made a twitter account (long story) and now I can actually see Rem's tweets. I see why she has access to so many pics. She's best friends with one of Vance's press people and the woman tweets pics at her. |

(whispering) fffffaaaaaaaaatttttttieeeee |
This made me laugh out loud. He is so repulsive. Gollum...gollum. |
Ivanka and that margarine hair. |
A particularly unflattering photo. |
Sorry, did your husband cheat or something? The correct answer for uglier than the Millers is unfortunately Mrs Hegseth and Mrs Hegseth. She was also his side piece though so your theme still fits. |
