For those of you who don't know, the Washington Post Express shut down without warning yesterday.
The Express was the free daily newspaper given out at all DC (DMV) metro stops. The distributors were contractors and do NOT receive severance. In thanks to one of the nicest distributors, Hassan at Dupont South, the locals have put together a fundraiser to help him as he looks for a new job. It's almost at $5,000!
