It has been two weeks and their network is down. Returns cannot be processed in the stores. Isn't this kind of ridiculous? what other major brand would let this happen?

I went all the way to Montgomery Mall on Sunday to exchange a present and I was told it wasn’t possible because of their network issues. So annoying!!

I didn’t know about the network issues, but maybe this explains why an order I placed online in mid August just arrived today. Unbelievable!

I experienced this when I went to the store in August. Hand written receipts. And it wasn’t the first time.

I feel like they've had a ton of 40% off sales in the last year. They're going the way of Gap--why would anyone pay full price when there's a huge sale on a weekly basis? Once you go down that road, you can't return. |
i stick to the BST boards on facebook now. simply easier than dealing with the stores and so many people are selling new with tags on there. seems easier.
