My DS needs to work on speed and agility...anyone know someone that does lessons in the Bethesda area?

Look up coachup.com
Another option is to buy the agility ladder and have your DS follow some YouTube videos and practice on his own. Nothing else is available in our area. |
| Just buy a coach, Bethesda, or better yet, buy a club so that DS is guaranteed playing time. |
How dare someone pay extra to help their kids improve their skills! |
| healthyballer.com has speed and agility training |
+1. Blair O'Donovan Healthy Baller gym |
I don't know that gym but agree that sort of facility is the way to go. My son did a similar program elsewhere, and it helped a lot. Went from middle of the pack to top few on the team speed wise, but more importantly really enjoyed a non-soccer training each week. |
Hey, I am pro-market but most of the soccer world just does it on their own. This is why MoCo teams get punked whenever they travel outside the DMV. |
| Arrington Training also does speed and agility |
| I haven't used him but have seen Will Fiero work out with kids at Fitology in Chevy Chase. He seems really good. |
| E.A.T.S. is in rockville, they do speed and agility training |
