Looking to observe a newborn for a class

Hello,
I am a teacher with Montgomery County Public Schools. I'm getting a graduate certificate in infant mental health. One course this semester requires me to identify a family with a newborn to observe twice a month between now & April. I live in DC & am trying to find a family with a newborn who lives in DC or Montgomery County. The basic criteria is below, followed by some information about the course. Baby must be a 1st or 2nd child
Baby must have been born in July, August or September (an exception could be made for June)
2 home visits a month where I observe everyday routines with the baby (about 14 visits total)
5-10 minutes of video taping during each observation (see below)

Infant Observation, Course Description:
Observing infants over time in the context of their families and homes is the foundation for understanding infant development in the context of parent/child relationships. This course guides participants through a process of observation, which includes visiting a family twice a month to observe the infants development in the context of daily routines. During each visit, students are asked to videotape a parent and the baby for 5-10 minutes doing anything the parent wants to do. Videos can be continuous or snip-its adding up to at least 5 minutes. The purpose of videotaping is to document observations over time and use them to deeper our observation skills. Families will receive all video footage at the end of the course, documenting about 8 months of development.
