As a lab scientist, who deals with carcinogenics very carefully indeed, this makes me furious.

When we know substances are dangerous, and have known for ages, why do we not implement maximum safety procedures when we need to use them???

We need way more stringent water, air and soil pollution regulations in this country. WAY more.

The turf fields are the new smoking of the 2010's. F'ing terrible and so unhealthy, yet people think it is the rich, cool, and hip thing to do.

The sharp rise in teen blood cancers in soccer goalies is insane. Scary insane

Agreed.

Why are school systems putting these fields in when we know they are dangerous?

It's nice to read this statement on DCUM about something that isn't "OMG transgender bathrooms!" or "OMG a third gender on forms!".
