Issues with SchoolMax?

Got the information to sign up for SchoolMax today and have been having the hardest time getting in. Got past the registration piece, selecting a user id and password. Whenever I log in with the user ID and password, it tells me that the credentials are invalid. I've done this 3 times now and its the same thing each time. I know I'm typing the password correctly. Anyone else experience this? The school administrator isn't sure what the problem is. Thanks in advance!

The case of the username matters so you might want to check that. So it might need to be joe.smith@aol.com vs Joe.smith@aol.com
