Recommendations good/affordable dog trainer in DMV (available for home visits)?

I am looking for recommendations for an affordable dog trainer DMV, needs to make house visits. My dog is experiences extreme anxiety whenever we leave the home, even for just a walk in the neighborhood. Her shaking starts as soon as we put the leash on, she pulls at the leash and is refusing to potty. I've tried walking at various times, offering treats etc... but nothing is getting better. Want to seek the assistance of a trainer.

I can personally vouch for Dog Latin, KissAble Canine, and Dog Trained.

Not inexpensive, but training is definitely an area where you get what you pay for.
