TIC, Holton's camp, Teen Adventures, and other Bethesda options for middle schoolers

We're moving to Bethesda this summer, and I'd love to send my son to some camps that are likely to have other incoming Westland kids in them so he can make friends.

He's really interested in computers, so TIC seems like a good choice, I've heard fantastic things about the program at Holton and will probably apply there (we've been closed out twice) and we'll probably use the aftercare program at Westland run by Teen Adventures a couple of days a week in the fall, so I thought it might be a good idea to try their camp. I'd love thoughts on these 3, as well as other suggestions for programs that attract a fair number of Westland kids and might appeal to an active boy. He's done Valley Mill the past 3 years, and we'll do one session there, probably the 3 week.
