This comment on the article was my favorite:

When Blessed Sacrament first opened on Chevy Chase Circle they were constantly sued because 1. they were Catholic and 2. because they rang the bells daily. So this kind of nonsense has gone on for 100 years in Chevy Chase.

I love the Poodle whose behavior was so shocking that the dog can't be identified by name.
