Jansport backpack warranty

I bought both my kids Jansport backpacks, partly because of the lifetime warranty.

One is 3 yrs old and one is 2 yrs old, both have small holes in the bottom now and won’t last another school year. Would you consider this normal wear or send in for replacement?

I’d send it in. I sent a really old Jansport in for zipper repair. That could have been considered regular wear.

Yes , I’d send it in. I had a bunch of Jansports from years ago even from when I was in school and was just going to throw them out. My mother gathered them all up and sent them in and they replaced every one.
