Trump sundowning: If true, would you feel bad for him?

There are, quite obviously, tons of examples of Trump’s diminished mental acuity. If he’s officially diagnosed, would you have any sympathy for him? More accurately, would it change your opinion of him?

he’s been awful all his life and now he’s making it awful for us as well. those who should love and protect him are holding on for their own personal gain. i have empathy for anyone who is suffering but i’m having trouble mustering any good will toward this guy.

I have no sympathy whatsoever for any of the Trumps except the minor child who has no choice in any of this, and if she was being abused and coerced into her birther crap, for Melania.

His wife and children have known he has dementia for a long time - certainly even before he was elected President (even I, in my living room, could tell). They are the truly awful ones, with their willingness to not only do this to our country, but to subject their husband/father to all this stress and probably hasten his decline.
