FET protocol- is using Letrozole and Ganirelix common?

Wanted to see if anyone has had this type of protocol or similar before:

E2 Estrogen, baby aspirin and prenatal vitamins AND Letrozole starting Day 3 of period
Keep doing above but also take Ganirelix starting day 8 of my cycle
Continue this for a week then do PIO shots for five days then it’s embryo transfer

Has anyone ever had Letrozole part of their FET?

Yes, lupron suppresses ovulation and ganikrex is like an additional booster.

For my mock cycle, I had only bfp, estrogen and progesterone with no issues. For my actual fet it was the same but I ovulated through, which is supposedly uncommon...though it happened to my cycle buddy at the exact same time. Fet was cancelled. The next month, they added lupron to my protocol and that worked. My friend had to do lupron and ganilrex because her levels were leaning towards early ovulation.
