| Where does it say he's a Democrat? |
if he were a republican this would be nationsl news . He’s a dc politician. What are the odds he isn’t a democrat? |
| Are you the same OP posting daily about DC democrats? It's getting tiresome. |
+1 I think OP is assuming because he was an ANC in DC but ANC races aren't partisan and I can't find anything that says he's a Dem. Either way, throw the book at him. What a nut. |

He's also in Georgetown, which certainly has its share of Republicans. DC is pretty liberal overall, but there are some Republicans here. https://www.washingtoncitypaper.com/news/housing-complex/blog/13124106/mapping-d-c-s-party-affiliations-from-republican-georgetown-to-democratic-washington-highlands |

They just opened this 2nd location in April (they have another one in the U Street Corridor)
Sheesh feel sorry for the restaurant owner to get this type of reception. |
+1, the fact that there is no mention of party affiliation tells you everything you need to know. If he were a republican, it would've been mentioned 11 times in the first paragraph. |
And if it was a Muslim threatening to shoot anybody it would've been the top story of every newscast in the nation. What does any of that have to do with the fact that this jackoff shouldn't be going around threatening to shoot people? |
| Whatever party he belongs to, he should be put in jail as a would-be terrorist, and thrown out publicly by his party. |
| He doesn't have a party, at least not as an ANC Commissioner. I know him through others. He is an a$$ and I will in no way defend him even before this incident. (In fact, I helped the woman who defeated him.) But his political leanings, which best as I can tell are left, have no relation to this behavior. He was not ever an elected Democrat. |
| He sounds like a nutter, from the article. He’s threatened the restaurant folks before. I’m going to go eat there as a sign of support. |
