Company-owned car suggestions

I'll be selecting my first company-purchased vehicle soon, and would love some suggestions on what to go for...I've been told that the company 'defaults' to GM brands unless you request otherwise. Personally, I've always had Hondas/Acuras. Budget is approximately $30k, and can be new or used. Maintenance and insurance is all on the company, gas when not used for work purposes is on me.

I need 6+ passenger seating (4 young kids)

Would prefer AWD (I feel more comfortable hauling around in the winter with it but we do have a Honda Pilot AWD already so maybe not required)

Strongly desire leather interior (I spill stuff. Kids spill stuff. Like the wipeability)

Anyone have any suggestions for what might be good choices?

I'd check out the Subaru Ascent or Volkswagen Atlas, especially if you can swing the trim levels with captains chairs within the allotted budget.
