Team Roster Sizes - Actual v. Aspirational

Trying to get a sense of actual roster sizes, USSF guidelines are clear as to max but I'd like ot know what clubs/teams are doing - Thanks

FWIW most coaches use about a 10-15% weekly attrition rate due to birthday parties, sick kids, conflicts, etc, so in a team of say 18 you might have 2 kids out per any given weekend.

We had 18 kids on our 11v11 last year and I agree that there were about 16 kids at any given match.

5 subs isn't too bad for 10 field players. Each kids gets roughly 3/4 time and the games are long---75 minutes.
