Our dog has an eye infection

| And we’re supposed to travel cross country in 2 days. Following the vet’s advice and we have an appointment tomorrow morning, but I don’t think we’ll be able to board her. Anyone been in this situation? How long before it cleared up? TIA! |

| How bad is it? My dog had one but it cleared on it's own after a few days. I didn't take him to a vet |

| Our dog got an eye infection. She had a swollen third lid and lots of gunk. The vet prescribed an ointment and it cleared in a week. Good luck! |

| Our dog had a weepy eye with pus coming out and we cleaned it daily with warm salt water several times a day. Took about a week and a few days to clear on its own. Then the other eye got it. Another week and a few days and he was all good! |

| The ointment should start clearing it up quickly. Check with your vet, I also used my Refresh eyedrops on my dog when he had an eye infection. |
