Bumpers that don’t destroy furniture finished

Anonymous
Long time since I had a wee one. My now tween keeps bumping into furniture corners and edges and keeps complaining. We used some sort of thick rubber tape with adhesive that took off the finish off some wood furniture. Do they make better dtuff now? Looking for something that is teak wood toned or translucent and as low profile as possible. What are my options?

You can’t be serious. Tell kid to pay attention.

Make an appointment with the eye doctor.

bumpers on furniture for a tween? for real? Kid needs to learn to pay attention.

Sorry, did even use bumpers why my kids were toddlers.

I remember this happening to me when I first got hips! I had bruises on them for months because I was not used to accounting for them when moving around in the world.

But...I think the best way through this phase is to just get through it. Puberty is awkward, bruises are the easiest part.

This used to happen to a family member as a teen. Turns out she had progressive blindness. Please get your child checked out.

Seriously this is clearly a vision issue.

This happened to me. My vision went from perfect to -700 in one eye rapidly.

Is this a hoarding situation? Maybe this is your tween's kind way of complaining that your house is cluttered.
