I look TERRIBLE lately. I'm noticing my face is looking really haggard over the past few weeks, all of a sudden. Puffy bags under my eyes, puffy face, sallow skin.
Is the best thing a facial, a make-up makeover at the cosmetics counter, what? Same sleep pattern, same stress level (high), nothing has changed but my GD face. |
| Drink a lot of water. |

Is it okay to add diet Snapple powder to it? I cannot stand to drink plain old water.
Am I aiming for 8 8-oz glasses per day? YIKES! I will do anything though if it makes a difference. |
| I wouldn't add Snapple powder. A squeeze of lemon can help. |
| More water and more sleep. Also, I've read that eating too many simple carbs can contribute to face puffiness, so maybe try to stick to veggies, fruit, complex carbs, and protein. |

1. drink a big glass of water
2. take a 5 minute very brisk walk OR jog in place OR run up and down the stairs a couple of times 3. slap on tinted moisturizer and bronzer on cheekbones and forehead (makes eye whites look whiter). those are my 10 minute countdown things I do when I know I look like haggard crap in the face. |

Grow your hair out longer. Seriously, I haven't gotten around to getting a haircut in a while and my hair is now pretty long, and several people recently have told me I look younger. Pretty sure I'm not reverse-aging, so it's got to be the 'do!
Also, use an exfoliant face wash in the shower, like St. Ives apricot scrub, to get rid of dead skin. |
| Not recommended but estrogen?? |
| I would go for a visit to the dermatologist, and ask for a chemical peel. All but the mild ones hurt like a bad sunburn and your face skin molts off, but about a week later, you will look refreshed and dewy. You will need to wear heavy duty sunblock and lay low until the top layer peels off--just do the peel on a Thursday and you should be fit for public by Monday, gorgeous by the 7-8 day mark. I get a chemical peel every 3 months or so, it's about $300. I have sensitive skin so have not tried to do one at home, but apparently you can do low dose peels using a home kit. |

OP, it's not just one thing you need to do but a combo of healthy lifestyle and taking care of your skin. If you do yoga or pilates, headstands are great to get the blood flowing.
As for skin, the last thing you need to do is slap on makeup - it just covers the problem. You need a solution. A dermatologist can help get you on a skincare system that will give your skin a glow by removing dead skin cells which multiply as you get older. Facials are only temporary. I happen to swear by the electrical "facial" that Guinot does to tighten and stimulate the skin. |
| it doesn't hurt to get a facial. i felt really rejuvenated and fresher looking after one. |
| lower salt intake and carbs. Keep healthy fats for soft and warm skin. |
| orgasms are great for your complexion. |
| lots of sex ,water and healthy diet, stay away from greasy food |
