Has anyone ordered a big appliance from them, how is the delivery and service overall?

I did a few years ago (definitely washer and dryer/ possibly also my Ilve range I can't remember). To California. No issues that I remember (it might have even been faster than predicted?), and I do know we got a better deal than elsewhere.

I ordered my dishwasher from them during a kitchen renovation. They had the exact Bosch model I wanted about $100 cheaper than the big box stores and free shipping. It came quickly. I had an issue with the dishwasher leaking about a month after installation. Turns out the contractors didn’t install it correctly. Bosch sent out a tech who fixed the issue, free of charge. No problems since. Go for it.

I believe we got our Samsung oven from them. Installation was a breeze. I had read that some people got damaged items but the only issue we had was the installer didn’t put the burner plates on the right burner so when the stove wouldn’t light we had to get Samsung our. The repairman laughed. So just make sure installation is correct. They were at least 300 cheaper than the Labor Day sales around here.

I just purchased an LG washer and dryer from them- a third party company delivered the appliances and they seem to be in fine shape (I didn't pay for installation, so not sure how good the third party company would be for that versus what you would get from a local appliance store).
