Received collections from DC for photo citation but never got a citation

| Just opened the mail and we have a debt collection, however never received an original citation or we would have paid it! The citation number seems legit but the rest seems like a scam. Anyone? |

Yep. It does look legit but is concerning we never got any notification.
What is the fine for 11-15 over? I can’t tell if it’s the original fine or it’s been added to. Thx! |
