IVF & PGD?

Hi All. My husband and I are about to go down the IVF/PGD path for the first time after suffering two pg losses (one unknown and the other due to trisomy 13). We didnt have any trouble conceiving the first two pgs but its a year later and here we are -I'm 32 so age isnt a factor. We've had all the usual tests done and have been told we fall somewhere between the unexplained fertility and recurrent loss catagories. Given our history of conception, I wonder if we're missing steps before we travel down this very expensive road. Anyone else been in this situation? Anyone have PGD success stories or tips? We've done workups with GW and will be getting a second opinion from SG before we start next cycle. Thanks in advance.

PGD has not been shown to increase pregnancy rates or help with recurrent miscarriage so a 2nd or 3rd opinion is important before shelling out money for it.
