Anyone else in the same boat with good results

I'm 41. I got pregnant naturally in May of 2008 at 39 and 3/4 and I had to terminate due to fatal fetal anomaly. I've been TTC with the help of an RE. I've done 2 rounds of Bravelle with TI. My first IVF cycle was cancelled due to poor response(long lupron). My RE is now putting me on the microdose flare protocol because while my FSH is 8.1, my LH is 1 and my estrogen is 71. A few months ago my FSH was 7 and my LH was 3.5 and my estrogen was 36. I seem to be aging rapidly. I mean seriously, the numbers were like that back in July-August. This just makes me sad.

Has anyone had success in these circumstances? I'm feeling really down. Any words of wisdom? I eat healthy and exercise and I'm at a normal weight. I'm just 41. Sigh.

OP - we just started trying again and my FSH results were just under normal - I was 40 in November. The numbers a year ago were well within normal limits. We are opting to do a FET as a result.

OP - While it is true that your estrogen in your last testing was high enough to suppress your FSH, even adjusting for the high estrogen would make your FSH perhaps a 10-12 - not great, but also not horrible. A LOT of people get pregnant with a slightly high FSH.

can you really adjust FSH numbers like that to account for high estrogen? I thought the FSH test was invalid if the estrogen is elevated.
