House is zoned "Piney Branch/Takoma Park Elementary"?

Um, how do I figure out which it is? I'm looking at a home and plugged the address into the MCPS website, and it said both Piney Branch and Takoma Park elementary.
I'm confused. Does anyone know what this means? |

| Takoma Park ES serves K-2, Piney Branch serves grades 3-5. |
