I have I cup breasts. They are the worst and I'm struggling to be active and move enough because my back, neck, shoulders, everything just kills me.
Any ideas on types of exercising, specific things at the gym to do, or sports bra recommendations? |

I used to have to strap mine down with two bras. My chest was GIANT and I was lactating. So they were GIANT and MOIST. Needless to say, it was a disaster.
Check out Amazon - search plus size high impact sports bra. There are some really good ones on there that I used to buy. (I've now lost 100 lbs and my chest looks like two deflated balloons and is barely a B cup. I can't decide whether I liked the giant boobs better). |
| Swim or walk |

Swimming for cardio, and maybe strength training/weight lifting? Rock climbing? Not speaking from experience, sorry, just extrapolating from what I see/read/do.
Good luck, by the way; that sounds super frustrating. |
| i had an H cup prior to reduction and the Enell bras were pricy and uncomfortably tight but worked well. i didn't jiggle. |

I second enell bras.
For exercise, lift weights. You can do most exercises even with a large chest |

This might be presumptuous, but have you considered a surgical reduction?
Mine are much smaller and I still get back pain so I sympathize. It’s a more difficult decision for me because I’m at the threshold where it’s not worth it. I have DDs but combined with scoliosis is really painful. |

I'm an H and I do anything that interests me. At the moment, that includes running, lifting, and assorted boot-camp type classes. I really hate the bouncing that goes along with jumping rope, but I'll do it.
My favorite sports bra (Wacoal Sport Underwire Bra) stops at H, but my second favorite goes up to an I. https://www.amazon.com/Glamorise-Womens-Double-Layer-Custom-Control-Sport/dp/B07KXNQVRF Good luck! |
Oh, and before I started working out, I was in pain all the time - back, neck, shoulders. Building up core strength completely eliminated all of that pain. I didn’t lose weight at all, but getting stronger made a huge difference in how I feel. It probably took about 6 months of working out 3x a week to see the difference. |
| I don't really know anything about this topic, but for what it's worth -- many women comment that their bust size goes down significantly as they lose weight, so maybe focus on diet first? |
| OP, I recommend swimming and weight lifting. |
I totally agree; strength training does wonders for aches and pains. |
Bless your heart. Some of us are petite size 0/2 with DD breasts. I'm a 32DD. They are enormous on my frame. Have you never met any Persian girls, LOL!? |
| I had to get a reduction. After years of terrible pain. |
Same. OP - in the beginning I just wore my regular bra for walking/jogging. Made no difference to my 'girls' and I was comfortable. I could cry tears of joy for the backpain that has gone away with exercise. |
