YMCA Calomiris aftercare?

Does anyone have experience with YMCA Calomiris aftercare? We've talked to them about our daughter going there. My husband visited and didn't like the feel of it. I had issues getting through by phone (nobody answered/called back) and they seem disorganized. (I asked for an aftercare application. I got an email with one for summer camp.) But it's probably Calomiris or a nanny, since we don't have anything else lined up. A disorganized main office doesn't mean poor care, and my husband could just be so nervous about DD going to kindergarten that anything is not good enough. I'd love to hear about any actual experiences.
